not feeling good today. achy. gonna take it a bit easy today
1) 20 minutes on the treadmill - nope
2) 10 minutes of stretching, muscle activity - yep
3) 2 glasses of water - yep
4) no reading or crafts in the day, more productive cleaning - oh yeah!! did great!
5) one serving of raw vegetable - sadly, not as good LOL
