good thing i got on that treadmill on saturday. today is a holiday here, so there was no treadmilling. hoping to HELL i can on the thing tomorrow at naptime. calories etc, i haven't put my numbers all together yet, but i have a speed bump. i went to the show and had popcorn. i put the topping on, so i was moderate... but have no idea what to give that.. i may post my numbers and just add a proviso :)
i got my water in and my green tea.

plus the popcorn that i can't account for.
