i think i have kicked sodiums ass!!! look at that! i am awesome! of course, you must look at the nasty fat number, but that reflects my valentines chocolate binge, which i guestimated, but at least i attempted to track it!
number 2: water - oh yeah!
number 3: green tea - you gotcha!!
number 4: exercise - yay! treadmill 25 min, 20 min at least at 3.4, but i tried to do as much 3.5 as i could and i was playing with incline...
what a day!! all criteria conquered!!
