i know today is supposed to be weigh in, but i have decided to bend to peer pressure (based on the fact that the one blog i read where they track, they weigh in on wednesdays and in light of the fact that my scale did not reflect my efforts this weekend i am permanently changing my weigh in day) and i am changing my weigh in day to wednesday. this will give me a day or two after the weekend for weigh in. i know i sound totally flippant, but i really do mean it.

number 3: green tea - i'm going to make it now
number 4: exercise - not only did i clean my fridge (which again my friend assures me does not count, but i strenuously disagree), went grocery shopping (which should also count when you do it with a 3 year old), but just to make sure i hopped on my treadmill for 25 min (20 min at 3.4). very proud of myself.
