a very nasty friend of mine introduced me to a deadly sensation called a sweet georgia brown. it is pecans, caramel, and chocolate! i had two which equalled almost a third of my ENTIRE days worth of fat!! if i had only had one, it would have been totally worth it!! they were amazing, however they blew my fat numbers for the day! don't ever eat one! you will spend every moment of every day plotting to buy some in secret. no, i haven't broken down..... yet.....
number 2: water - 2 glasses, i'm pretty sure.
number 3: green tea - yep, first thing in the morning
number 4: exercise - i can't even pretend i did any :) s'ok..
