Lordy, i was in a CRANKY mood, even being all by myself. i even paced around the house chanting, "cranky, nasty, cranky, nasty." LOL! so i made some pretty stupid choices. i even decided not to track, but i changed my mind.. it isn't a pretty picture, but i tracked it anyway...
number 2: water - that i did.
number 3: green tea - sadly, no.
number 4: exercise - no, and i had wanted to, but i squandered my time in the morning (with a 90 minute bath) and spent the rest of the day running around like a crazy woman trying to fit everything in. i am hoping to make up for it
