I did good i think
number one: eating
calories 100% sedentary, good stuff.. i am going to try and use the sedentary number
fat 108% close.. again, sedentary number
fibre 89% pretty close
protein 72% damn it i even ate tuna!!! lol
sodium 132% def been better.. lordy
number two: exercise - shovelled snow for 15-20 min (my son got too cold so we had to come in)
number three: water - so-so, about 2 glasses so far
