sat - new calories

i have new calorie guidelines as i lose weight. my new ones are:
calories: 2159
fat: 65
fibre: 22
protein: 96
sodium: 2310

here is today
cal 1998
fat 65
fib 36
pro 83
sod 2967

i may have to stop tracking that stupid sodium!! holy hell that is imposible!
