ok.. so i am still down.. weigh in says -9 overall... not horrible.. no where near where i had hoped to be but i got back on the treadmill again today
17:17 minute mile. total distance in 30 min 1.67 miles
i want to get in one more day before i start running.. so hopefully that can start on monday. i am also going to copy my friends' pilates dvds for the in between days, they sound brutal... lol...
