LOL ok.. so things have been crazy and it is SO HARD to get back on the wagon when you have so completely fallen off... i am still down, but not sure how much, i will weigh in on wednesday..
due to a seemingly harmless conversation i had with a friend this morning, i got back on the treadmill to day.. she wants to start her exercising too so we are going to egg eachother on.
i did 30 min on treadmill, mostly 3.6, no running.. i did a mile in 18:13 and my final distance was 1.59 miles. so these are my beginning guidelines. i would really like to get back on it wed and friday and get at least those numbers. fingers crossed i can do it.
