week 9 - wednesday

well, what did i do to celebrate another 2 pounds to go? with a stupid poutine, that's how... i knew it was bad, but when i looked it up after, i was SHOCKED! nearly half my daily fat, a good chunk of my calories, but the sodium!! holy christ, the sodium! i am going to have to spend my week recovering from that one treat

why, oh why, must calories, fat and sodium taste SO GOOD!!

number 3: green tea - no :(
number 4: exersize - nope
