week 10 wednesday weigh in

just so you know, i have not given up.. but i haven't been able to track absolutely, so i can't really post numbers. i am tracking, though. exercise hasn't happened yet, i'm hoping to hell i can get on that soon!

it is amazing what these numbers show. i am under in everything except fat, which says i am making poor choices in my food (duh, i had a filet o' fish) and i had decided i had terminally fucked up for the day and wasn't going to track. i changed my mind, and it really wasn't that bad, i don't know why i was so upset..

number 4: exercise - nope
exercise starts monday. no excuses

week 9 - wednesday

well, what did i do to celebrate another 2 pounds to go? with a stupid poutine, that's how... i knew it was bad, but when i looked it up after, i was SHOCKED! nearly half my daily fat, a good chunk of my calories, but the sodium!! holy christ, the sodium! i am going to have to spend my week recovering from that one treat

wierdness! i suppose my scale knew that today was my real weigh in day? or just flukey...

weight - 2, total -11 and back on track for my monthly goals.

2lb in two days? something is hinky.. let go and enjoy the moment :D
