SO my friend called me again and asked if i wanted to go for another walk. my shin muscles were killing me!! but i said ok.. uphill was fine, downhill damn near killed me! we took a different route that google maps said was 6 kilometers, which is 3.728 miles and i figured that i averaged 16.09 minutes per mile, but i don't think that can be accurate so i am not going to put much stock in it.
happily i had a massage booked for that afternoon and she also did acupunture on my shins... here's hoping i can WALK tomorrow LOL..
btw - the scale was UP this morning.. pissed off

monday
i don't know what else to call this post cause i have so totally lost track of.... well, everything. LOL.... i was going to try and exercise today, but my morning was crazy busy, my boy didn't nap early and had phones calls etc that HAD to be made. by the time circumstances were good, i had to get my daughter from her bus stop.
then after dinner struck... and i felt like being outside. it was beautiful and sunny. then my friend decided to join me. we had an awesome walk! 55 minutes at a good pace. i got a good workout, not sure if my friend did or not... but like she said "any exercise is good exercise".
i have no idea how much distance we covered, i will take the care out today to try and figure it out. won't be perfect, but will give me an idea.
UPDATE: google maps says i walked 5.2 kilometers, which is 3.231 miles. that averaged 17 minutes a mile.

wednesday weigh in
ok.. so i am still down.. weigh in says -9 overall... not horrible.. no where near where i had hoped to be but i got back on the treadmill again today
17:17 minute mile. total distance in 30 min 1.67 miles
i want to get in one more day before i start running.. so hopefully that can start on monday. i am also going to copy my friends' pilates dvds for the in between days, they sound brutal... lol...

lost track of weeks.. crawling sheepishly back on wagon
LOL ok.. so things have been crazy and it is SO HARD to get back on the wagon when you have so completely fallen off... i am still down, but not sure how much, i will weigh in on wednesday..
due to a seemingly harmless conversation i had with a friend this morning, i got back on the treadmill to day.. she wants to start her exercising too so we are going to egg eachother on.
i did 30 min on treadmill, mostly 3.6, no running.. i did a mile in 18:13 and my final distance was 1.59 miles. so these are my beginning guidelines. i would really like to get back on it wed and friday and get at least those numbers. fingers crossed i can do it.

it is amazing what these numbers show. i am under in everything except fat, which says i am making poor choices in my food (duh, i had a filet o' fish) and i had decided i had terminally fucked up for the day and wasn't going to track. i changed my mind, and it really wasn't that bad, i don't know why i was so upset..

number 3: green tea - no
number 4: exercise - nope
exercise starts monday. no excuses
